The tires are in fair condition, and the unit is towable. Inside, the trailer features a clean and functional layout with passable upholstery, carpet, and kitchen appliances, including a stove, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. ​ The bathroom is fully operational with a working toilet, sink, and shower. ​ The living and dining areas are in good condition, and the trailer includes four beds. ​ There are mild odors and some soft spots in the flooring, but overall, the interior is in decent shape. This trailer does not come equipped with a generator, AM/FM/CD stereo system, or television. ​
