The bathroom includes a fully functional shower, sink, and toilet. However, some repairs are needed, such as addressing minor water damage on the roof and delamination near the fridge vent. The rear ladder has a dent and the front door compartment shows signs of water damage on the edge. The hot water tank is missing.
