This 2011 Keystone Cougar travel trailer is in fair condition. The exterior, while structurally sound and towable, shows signs of wear with faded paint and minor scratches. The carpet is stained, blinds are cracked, and there are soft spots and mold in the flooring and ceiling, especially in the kitchen and bedroom. The awning is non-operational. Despite these issues, the kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, air conditioning, and electrical systems are operational.

For Motor Vehicles, RVs, Travel Trailers/Campers, Boats, and Motorcycles, please note the following fees:

1. GST (5%): Goods and Services Tax at a rate of 5% will be applied to the final purchase price.
2. Buyer’s Fee: A Buyer’s Fee based on the final purchase price will also be applicable. The fee structure is as follows:
   • $0 – $9,999: $499.00
   • $10,000 – $19,999: $749.00
   • $20,000 – $29,999: $999.00
   • $30,000 – $39,999: $1,249.00
   • $40,000 – $49,999: $1,499.00
   • $50,000 – $59,999: $1,749.00
   • $60,000 – $69,999: $1,999.00
   • $70,000 – $79,000: $2,249.00

In addition to these fees, for Motor Vehicles, RVs, Travel Trailers/Campers, Boats, and Motorcycles, a $125.00 CAD Documentation Fee will be applied.
