All major systems are present and functional, including electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, slide controls, awning, and kitchen appliances. The interior condition  has some wear and damage ,a broken couch a broken door handle, a slightly open bedroom ceiling and a missing television

In addition to these fees, for Motor Vehicles, RVs, Travel Trailers/Campers, Boats, and Motorcycles, a $125.00 CAD Documentation Fee will be applied.
