The roof was not inspected due to snow coverage. The tires are in fair condition, but the jack only functions manually. Inside, the trailer exhibits significant wear, including stained carpets, scratched cabinets, missing dinette chairs, and high moisture levels in multiple walls. The heater does not blow hot air despite being connected to propane, and the microwave shuts off intermittently. There are also structural concerns, such as loose moldings and a slow-operating slide that does not close properly. Additionally, mouse droppings were found in the sink, and a mild odor is present. While some equipment, such as the refrigerator, fireplace, and stereo, are functional, the trailer requires extensive repairs and further investigation into its heating and electrical systems
